No. We offer flexible support plans, with terms agreed in writing before support begins.

Can I contact you by phone?
Yes. Telephone support is included with the Business and Business Plus plans. All plans include email support.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Unless otherwise agreed, support plans can be cancelled by giving the notice period set out in your service agreement.
What types of questions can I ask?
You can contact us for day-to-day privacy and data protection queries, including GDPR compliance, privacy notices, data breaches, subject access requests, supplier agreements, marketing, cookies, employee privacy matters and general compliance advice.
Will you review documents for us?
Yes. Depending on your support plan, we can review and update privacy notices, policies, agreements and other privacy documentation.
